# Definition changes

When an integrity check observes that a registered external server's tool definitions have changed, the change is recorded here: the server, the time, what changed, and the fingerprint versions before and after. The feed is append-only — events are never edited or removed — and it is populated only by observation: a pre-call check, an explicit integrity check, or a read of this feed, which first re-checks registered servers whose last check is older than six hours (at most three per read). No background schedule is claimed; a change is recorded when the server is next checked.

No definition changes have been observed yet. The feed fills only when a check finds a registered server serving different definitions than the ones on record — an empty feed means none has been observed, not that none has happened.
