How can an agent trust what it gets back when TLS certificates can be forged?

Short answer: Don't rely on the connection alone. Check a signature made with a key you pinned in advance. TLS stays essential; this adds a second, independent check. a2ally signs its API answers with its own Ed25519 key (RFC 9421) and records every key rotation and revocation on its public, Bitcoin-anchored ledger.
