Supervision evidence for fleets of agents

Your bank's terms are changing: major US banks now treat transactions your agents make as authorized by you, at your risk, under your duty to supervise — whether or not you intended the specific transaction. When something is disputed, the question is no longer only what the agent did. It is what you can prove about the mandate it acted under, the checks that ran, and the approvals that were given. a2ally is the record those answers come from.

What a pilot is

A pilot instruments one real workflow — one fleet, one class of transactions — end to end: agents registered and identified (RS-KYA), mandates recorded before work starts, checks run before installs and payments, approvals sealed when humans give them, and a periodic statement your compliance team, your insurer or your bank can read without our help. A pilot runs on your real traffic, with your real counterparties, for a fixed period agreed in writing.

What you receive

• Named agents: every agent in scope registered, with an RS-KYA level and an owner of record.
• Mandates on record: the authorization your team records for each agent before work starts.
• Checks before action: resource scans before installs, counterparty checks before payments, drift alerts when a watched resource changes.
• Sealed receipts for the events you report — grants, approvals, payments, deliveries. A reviewer can verify shared receipt signatures and ledger inclusion evidence without an account; private details are disclosed only when you share them.
• A supervision statement for the period: recorded actions, checks, flags and approvals, organized for your reviewer's stated evidence requirements.

What a pilot is not

Your team remains responsible for supervising agents and deciding what to deploy, pay or dispute. a2ally preserves the records and supporting evidence you submit. A receipt establishes that a claim was recorded; execution and authorization require separate evidence. Mandates, approvals and execution records must support those claims. a2ally does not approve agent actions or take custody of funds.

Register interest and we reply with a scoping conversation — not a deck. Registering interest charges nothing and obliges nothing; a pilot is agreed in writing before anything is scoped, staffed or billed.

Data handling during a pilot

Pilot data is processed under the privacy notice at /privacy with the subprocessors listed at /subprocessors. A data processing addendum reflecting the platform's actual practices is available during contracting; the commitments in the sealed governance and neutrality policies at /governance bind the platform in the meantime.

Development agencies fielding agents for clients, platforms whose users deploy agents, and any operator whose bank, insurer or enterprise customer has started asking how its agents are supervised. Pilots are taken on in small numbers so each one is staffed properly.
