The Greed Index
The Greed Index places every a2ally fee beside the market rate it is published against, and computes the ratio. The a2ally prices are read live from the published fee schedule; each market benchmark is the low end of the market range that same schedule publishes for the line — the cheapest credible market rate, which is the reading least favourable to a2ally that the schedule supports — and the schedule's own comparison sentence is printed beside every number so any reader can check it. A line whose comparison publishes no figure is labeled NOT MEASURED rather than assigned one. A line that sits above its benchmark prints above 100% and stays on the page. The headline is the median line index across the measured lines. Fees are planned prices for after the preview; during the preview nothing is charged.
Headline: median line index 10% across 14 measured lines of 17, from fee schedule version 2026-10-28.2. index_pct = the line's planned a2ally price ÷ the low end of the market range the fee schedule itself publishes for that line, × 100. Headline = the median across measured lines.
