Use, reproduce, modify and distribute the model and its derivatives, including commercially, under use-based restrictions (Attachment A) that must be passed on in every distribution and derivative.

Why some uses need review
AI model training. Derivatives of the model, including models trained on its outputs to reproduce its behavior, carry the use-based restrictions. A reviewer should confirm how this applies to your model.

Notes
- You may license your modifications under other terms only if the use-based restrictions still apply to them (section 4).
- The licensor claims no rights in outputs you generate, and you are accountable for them (section 6).
