A verify page attests only that records were anchored & countersigned by a2ally. It says nothing about quality, and nothing about identity: streams are numbered, never named.

What a receipt proves now

A receipt can carry the mandate it was issued under — the delegation, its purpose, operations, targets and expiry, snapshotted into the signed body at execution. Verification answers whether the act was within its mandate at execution time and walks the whole delegation chain (GET /v1/receipts/{id}/delegation-chain), link by link, including revocations that landed after the fact. Offline verifier SDKs for TypeScript and Python check all of it without calling this server. Reputation claims can be checked the same way: the payment-grounding report (GET /v1/erc8004/{chain}/{agent}/grounding) shows how much of an ERC-8004 agent's stored feedback is tied to payment payloads held byte-for-byte, and any account can export its own compliance bundle — receipts, mandates, revocations and access history under one signed hash (POST /v1/me/compliance-export).
